Manchester City and England goalkeeper Joe Hart has passed his medical at West Ham and is set to complete a season-long loan deal.
Hart has been told he can find another club by City boss Pep Guardiola after spending last season at Torino.
The 30-year-old’s City contract is not due to expire until 2019 and the agreement with the Hammers includes an option to make the move permanent.
He is expected to join West Ham’s squad on their pre-season tour of Austria.
It is anticipated City will fund part of Hart’s wages.
