European Challenge Cup: Brive v Worcester moved because of waterlogged pitch

Ground staff tried to clear the water off the pitch but Brive will now look to find an alternative venue

Worcester Warriors’ European Challenge Cup game at Brive has been moved to an alternative venue in nearby Tulle because of a waterlogged pitch.

The game was originally set to kick-off in France at 14:30 GMT but that has now been put back to 19:00 GMT.

Referee Daniel Jones chose to delay the game following a deluge of rain at the Stade Amedee-Domenech.

It will now be played at the Stade Alexandra Cueille, home of Sporting Club Tulle Correze.
